Service Description

This guided somatic movement session invites you to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and release the tension you didn’t even realize you were carrying. Through intuitive movement, breath, and body awareness, you’ll begin to unwind stored stress and patterns of holding—on your own terms. Whether you're carrying emotional weight, physical discomfort, or simply feel disconnected from your body, this practice supports deep healing through curiosity, not force. How It Supports Your... 1. Mind Helps quiet mental noise and reduce overwhelm, strengthens the connection between brain and body, and builds emotional resilience by interrupting habitual stress responses. 2. Body Gently releases long-held tension, improves mobility and flexibility, and rewires the nervous system to support safe movement and trust in the body’s natural wisdom. 3. Soul Deepens embodiment and self-awareness, creates space for stored emotions to surface and process, and helps you feel more balanced, present, and at home in yourself. WHAT TO EXPECT Before: • A breakdown of how the session will flow • Grounding practices to help you arrive in the moment • Energetic shielding to create a supportive healing space During: • Guided movement tailored to your body’s needs • Breathwork to regulate and release • Intuitive somatic techniques for nervous system support • Optional energy healing to clear and integrate After: • Space to reflect, journal, or simply rest • A debrief to process insights or shifts • A follow-up integration call where I give you personalized tools to support you in your ongoing healing PERFECT FOR Those who feel tense, disconnected, or stuck in their bodies. In-person sessions are held at my cozy private space (address provided after booking). Prefer I come to you? I travel throughout Colorado (mileage fees apply). Out of state or virtual works best? Zoom sessions are just as powerful—your body already knows the way.


Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, class, or event with Breathe and Break Free LLC, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. HEALTH AND SAFETY: Many of the practices offered—such as Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE), Sound Healing, and Sound Baths—can create intense emotional and physical responses. These modalities are powerful, and it’s important to listen to your body and know your boundaries. These sessions are not recommended for individuals with the following: • Cardiovascular disease (including high blood pressure, angina, or heart attack) • Glaucoma or retinal detachment • Severe mental illness or seizure disorders • Recent significant surgeries or physical injuries • Osteoporosis or a personal/family history of aneurysms • Pregnancy (unless approved by a physician) • Individuals on major medications should consult with their doctor first • Asthma: Please bring your inhaler and notify your facilitator in advance Participation means you affirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to engage in the selected session. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: I am not a doctor or therapist, and I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition. All guidance is offered as educational support. You are fully responsible for your own health and wellbeing. Always consult your healthcare provider if needed. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: I understand life happens. Please review my cancellation policy: • Cancel 48+ hours in advance: Full refund • Cancel 24–48 hours in advance: 50% refund • Cancel less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: No refund This policy applies to all private sessions, group classes, and events. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By booking, you acknowledge that you: 1. Accept full responsibility for your participation and health 2.     Yes! Once you book, you'll receive an intake form designed to give me a holistic understanding of where you are in your life and where you want to be. This helps me tailor my guidance and choose the most effective somatic, neuroscience, and spirituality-based tools for your journey. The intake process is included as part of the integration call, which comes with every service.
  • Who are these services for?
    These services are for those who have tried traditional methods of healing but still find themselves: Struggling with persistent anxiety or depression. Caught in repeating cycles with the same challenges and relationships. Feeling disconnected from their body and emotions. Wondering when they will finally feel better and experience a sense of “normalcy.”
  • Who are these services NOT for?
    These services are not for those who are not ready to: Take radical responsibility for their healing and growth. Be real, raw, and vulnerable with themselves. Commit to the inner work required to create lasting change.

That's why during our call, I'll share somatic techniques to help you ground and release, neuroscience strategies to rewire your mind, and spiritual practices to elevate your journey—all things you can weave into your daily life to keep moving forward in your healing and beyond.
