“Nervous System Regulation” has become a buzzword lately, but very few people actually explain what it means, how it works, or why it’s the missing piece in creating lasting change. So let’s slow it down and get real. Your nervous system is your body’s control center. It’s where your experiences, patterns, beliefs, and unprocessed trauma are stored — not just in your brain, but throughout your body. This means that if you want to heal, grow, or create real shifts in your life, the nervous system is the very first place to begin. On an energetic and spiritual level, nervous system regulation also clears stuck energy and helps reprogram what I call your creator field — the energetic field (or EMF) that holds your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions. This field is constantly shaping your reality. To manifest what you desire, you need the right internal ingredients: beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and actions that match the frequency of what you want to create. And none of that can happen if your nervous system is dysregulated. Regulation is the foundation. So what actually is it? Think of your nervous system like a bucket that fills with threat. Every stressor — lack of sleep, poor nutrition, relationship struggles, financial pressure, trauma, even world events — adds water to the bucket. Internal stressors, like heavy emotions or self-critical thoughts, do the same. When the bucket overflows, your body has no choice but to protect you with outputs like anxiety, depression, inflammation, fatigue, dissociation, panic, avoidant behaviors, poor digestion, restless sleep, or physical pain. When you learn to regulate, that same nervous system starts producing performance outputs instead: emotional stability, reduced inflammation, sharper concentration, better digestion, pain-free movement, balanced hormones, a stronger immune system, and deep, restorative sleep. Regulation is what makes healing sustainable. What to Expect In each session, I’ll guide you through personalized nervous system tools chosen specifically for your needs and goals. I’ll test your nervous system to see what it responds to best so we start in the right place — no guessing, no one-size-fits-all. Afterward, you’ll receive a 6-week guide designed to rehabilitate, regulate, and reprogram your nervous system step by step. You’ll also get a complimentary self-image tool from your Higher Self, created to help shift your inner dialogue and release negative thought patterns.


Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, class, or event with Breathe and Break Free LLC, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. HEALTH AND SAFETY: Many of the practices offered—such as Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE), Sound Healing, and Sound Baths—can create intense emotional and physical responses. These modalities are powerful, and it’s important to listen to your body and know your boundaries. These sessions are not recommended for individuals with the following: • Cardiovascular disease (including high blood pressure, angina, or heart attack) • Glaucoma or retinal detachment • Severe mental illness or seizure disorders • Recent significant surgeries or physical injuries • Osteoporosis or a personal/family history of aneurysms • Pregnancy (unless approved by a physician) • Individuals on major medications should consult with their doctor first • Asthma: Please bring your inhaler and notify your facilitator in advance Participation means you affirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to engage in the selected session. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: I am not a doctor or therapist, and I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition. All guidance is offered as educational support. You are fully responsible for your own health and wellbeing. Always consult your healthcare provider if needed.
